Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for Monday 18th August 2025

We have scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for Monday 18^th August 2025 at the RACA, 89 Macquarie Street , Sydney commencing at 6.30 pm to consider the new constitution which we are required by the Department of Fair Trading to update to comply with their guidelines. Updating the constitution will also bring benefits of clarity, efficiency, longer terms for office bearers, as well as enabling electronic banking. A copy of the proposed Constitution is attached. Our existing Objects and Rules of Association require not only an EGM but support of 75% of members to adopt this change. Accordingly, I have attached a proxy which will enable you to exercise your vote electronically ,if you cannot attend. Please action this immediately, as we need to get this sorted.
